For coutries in the Europen Union it is usually between 5 and 10 business days.
Delivery to the UK might take between 10 and 15 business days.
To the continental parts of the US lead time is between 15 and 20 business days.

Puffy bear assists with easy returns to make sure you're happy with your purchase.
If you wish to return the product (for reasons different than warranty claims) you can do so within 30 days of receiving it.
In this case the customer will be responsible for all receiving and returning shipping costs as well as all custom fees that might occur in Bulgaria.
When we receive back your returned item, we will get back to you with a resolution. In the best case if the product shows no signs of damage, neglect or misuse, you will be refunded the price for the item.
If you've made an error in purchasing, don't hesitate to ask our team for advice. If you need to cancel your order before it has been shipped you will get a complete refund. Puffybear products are covered by a 1 year warranty from the day they were bought, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. Always clean the product according to the instructions, or it might be damaged.
This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind.
In order to make a warranty claim, you need to have purchased your Puffy bear through our website or one of our authorized re-sellers, and you must provide proof of purchase.
